Phillippians 1

1:1 I Paulos and I Timotheos, servants of Iesous the Anointed One write this letter to all the sacred ones who abide in the Anointed One Iesous, who are in Phillippi, including those in charge and the assistants.

1:2 Grace and peace to you all from Theos our Father and the Supreme Iesous The Anointed.

1:3 I thank my Theos every time I think of you.

1:4 I always thank my Theos in every prayer of mine for you all doing prayer with joy.

1:5 I thank my Theos for your fellowship in the good message from the first day until now.

1:6 I am confident that He who has begun a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Iesous The Anointed.

1:7 It is right of me to think this about you because I have you deep in my mind. In my incarceration, in the pleading, in the establishing of the good message you all get the same grace as me.

1:8 God is my witness how I long greatly to be with you all, experiencing the inward affection of Iesous The Anointed.

1:9-10 I pray that your love will flourish excessively, yet excessively flourish more and more in knowledge and perception so that you can test the things that are valuable and so that you can be sincere and inoffensive till the day of The Anointed.

1:11 You are being filled with the fruits of righteousness that come through Iesous The Anointed to glorify and praise Theos.

1:12 But I want you all to understand brothers that the things that happened to me happened so that the good message would progress.

1:13 My incarceration for the cause of the Anointed is known to all the palace and in all other places.

1:14 Many of the brothers abiding in the Supreme are growing confident because of my incarceration so that they are much more bold to speak the word without fear.

1:15 Truly there are some who herald The Anointed in an unfriendly way and contentiously and some with good intentions.

1:16 The latter do it contentiously being insincere attempting to add affliction to my incarceration.

1:17 The former do it with love knowing that I am appointed to plead the good message.

1:18 What now? I tell you in every way whether The Anointed is heralded through hypocrites or through truth tellers the important thing is that The Anointed is heralded and I rejoice in that and yes I will rejoice.

1:19-20 Agreeing with my earnest expectation and hope I know that this will turn to my salvation through your prayer and through the supply of the Spirit of Iesous The Anointed. I will not be ashamed in nothing but will be outspoken as always. The Anointed will be magnified in my body whether by life or death.

1:21 To me live is The Anointed and to die is gain.

1:22-23 But if I live in the flesh then not knowing what I will choose is the fruit of my labor because I am constrained between two struggles. The first is my desire to depart and to be with The Anointed which is far better.

1:24 But the second is to stay here in the flesh which is more needful for you though.

1:25-26 However, I am convinced that I will abide and continue with you all for your progress and joy of faith so that your rejoicing and be more increasing in Iesous The Anointed for me by my coming to you again.

1:27 Remember to let your talk be appropriate for the good message of The Anointed so that whether I come and see you or else be absent, I can hear your affairs. Stand strong in one spirit and one mind striving together for the moral conviction of the good message.

1:28 Do not be frightened by your adversaries in anything. Terror to them is proof of damnation but to you this terror is proof of salvation from Theos.

1:29 It is given to you for the sake of The Anointed not to merely believe on Him but to also suffer for His sake and having the same conflict that you saw in me and now hear in me.

1:30 Having the same conflict that you saw in me and you now hear in me.
